In a country like India where literacy ratio though slowly and gradually increasing, is less compared to other countries, this approach should be followed by which India can be known for its skilled youth. There are many people who are skilled, but still unemployed because they lack a college certificate.

Lately, many people didn't get job and were rejected as they were judged by their degree and not skills.

One of the biggest company, "Google" hires based on skills and talent, instead of giving undue importance to degree. If all the companies will start to follow this path, then they will be able to evolve and revolve paralleled by creating employment opportunities.

Though degree is important, the coming generation should focus on developing their skills and work on the dexterity in which they are actually good at rather than focusing and comparing themselves with others because what worked for others might not work for you.

Your degree is just a piece of paper, your education is seen in your Skills. If you top a university but can't survive in practical world, then that precious laminated degree will hold no value.
